# We’re Hiring: Founder’s Office Associate — Business & E-commerce
**Mumbai | Full-time | 0–2 years**
Atleisure is an early-stage women’s fashion brand building elevated comfort wear for ambitious women.
We’re looking for a **Founder’s Office Associate** who wants to learn how a consumer brand is actually built — and grow into someone capable of managing the business.
This is a **high-ownership, hands-on role** working closely with our Business Manager and leadership team.
### What You’ll Work On
**Customer & Sales**
* Manage WhatsApp and Instagram enquiries
* Help customers with sizing, styling and product questions
* Follow up with high-intent leads
* Track objections, lost sales and customer feedback
**E-commerce & Operations**
* Support Shopify, product and inventory updates
* Track stock, sales and website opportunities
* Coordinate with teams and vendors
* Support launches, pop-ups and day-to-day operations
**Business & Analytics**
* Track revenue, orders, conversion, inventory and customer behaviour
* Identify what’s working, what isn’t and why
* Build dashboards, trackers and SOPs
### Founder’s Office Projects
You may also work on projects such as:
* Building a CRM or WhatsApp sales process
* Improving the customer journey
* Investigating underperforming products
* Automating repetitive processes
* Building new systems from scratch
**Sometimes there will be no SOP. Part of your job will be figuring out what the SOP should be.**
### Who We’re Looking For
You’re likely a good fit if you:
* Have 0–2 years of experience in a startup, D2C, e-commerce, operations, CX, sales or Founder’s Office
* Are highly organised and strong with follow-ups
* Are comfortable with customers, numbers and Google Sheets
* Learn quickly and take ownership
* Enjoy solving problems rather than waiting for instructions
**Fashion experience is not mandatory.**
We care more about **curiosity, ownership, commercial thinking and getting things done** than having the perfect résumé.
