- Key Requirements:* Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or any related discipline)* Good communication skills in Malayalam & English* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word)* Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Key Responsibilities:* Handle client calls and service requests* Support client onboarding and documentation* Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements* Maintain records and reports* Follow up with clients and schedule appointments* Assist in daily client servicing activities
