Role: Senior Design Architect (Construction & Design)
Job Location: Alwarpet, Chennai – Work from Office

You will be aligned with the Architecture & Design vertical and will lead the delivery of innovative, compliant, and client-aligned architectural solutions across project types. The role involves managing design from concept to execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and working closely with the Principal Architect to ensure design quality, statutory compliance, and timely delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Translate client briefs into Vaastu-compliant, context-driven architectural designs; develop feasibility studies and design proposals
- Present concepts to clients and work closely with the Managing Director / Principal Architect on key design decisions
- Produce and review construction drawings, specifications, and execution documents
- Coordinate with design, drafting, MEP, structural, and execution teams for accurate delivery
- Plan timelines, track progress, and ensure schematic & detailed-stage approvals
- Ensure compliance with planning, statutory, and environmental regulations
- Conduct site visits to maintain design intent and address quality deviations
- Maintain documentation, drawing logs, and version control
- Mentor junior architects and interns; drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews
What Are We Looking For?
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
