Job Description: Job Title:Manager/Team Lead (IC Role) – FP&A ;Key Responsibilities:Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit marginUse analytics to identify and report issues, trends, areas for investigation and improvement, working with the relevant teams to deliver change if neededPresent the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departmentsWork closely with Reporting team on daily/weekly/monthly report submissionsManaging administration of SAP, BPC server, Anaplan & Financial SystemsAbility to build reports in Anaplan and automate the reportsImplement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reportsSupport management team and the Heads of Department ;with data-driven analysisStrengthening reporting controlsClient ManagementPeople Management ; ;Technical Skills:Exposure to SAPAdvanced excel knowledge ;Anaplan, Kyriba (Will be added advantage)Excellent written and oral communication ; ;Education Requirement:Master degree in finance or Graduate in accounting and commerce with at least 15 years of education ; ; ; ;
