Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in the preparation of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, and other menu items.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as required.
- Prepare basic batters and mixes for South Indian dishes under chef supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
- Ensure proper portioning and preparation of ingredients as per kitchen standards.
- Support chefs during busy service hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
