Job Summary:
The person will ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the factory. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Key Deliverables:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions to reduce downtime
- Maintain and update documentation, including maintenance logs, technical reports, and compliance records Collaborate with production and mechanical teams to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and electrical systems
Desired Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Must be a valid C-License Holder
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, and control panels
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
