- Academic Leadership: Direct and evaluate instructional programs, monitor student progress, and mentor teaching staff to implement modern learning methodologies.
- Administration & Operations: Manage daily school operations, scheduling, and compliance with educational board guidelines.
- Staff Management: Supervise teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and motivating work culture.
- Student Welfare & Discipline: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined environment conducive to student growth and character building.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, addressing grievances, and organizing parent-teacher meetings.
- School Growth: Drive admission strategies, brand-building initiatives, and overall institutional development.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree (M.A. / M.Sc.) along with a B.Ed. or M.Ed. from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role (as a Principal or Vice-Principal) in a reputed school.
- Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in school management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
