1]Manage all staff travel and hotel bookings, including train, flight, and bus arrangements. In case of any changes or cancellations, take corrective action and make the necessary updates. Also, arrange accommodation for staff as required.
2]Compare prices across different websites and book travel tickets and hotel stays based on the best available rates and discounts.
3]Prepare staff travel expense reports in Excel and generate PDF reports for the same.
4]Upload travel and accommodation details on the designated application.
5]Handle coordination work with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
6]Perform administrative tasks and any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Basic Excel & Email knowledge
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Nice Communication skill
Education
HSC or Graduation
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
