Job Summary
The Steward is responsible for providing excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them in seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set before and after service.
- Clear used dishes, cutlery, and glassware promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Assist guests with requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support team members during busy operational hours.
- Attend training sessions and follow company SOPs.
Required Skills

Qualification
- 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (Preferred).
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or QSRs preferred.
