Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and result-oriented Data Entry Executives & Telecallers to join our growing team. Candidates must have hands-on experience in Data Entry, Telecalling, Client Handling, and Customer Follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads and explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Handle client communications, relationship management, and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Maintain detailed customer records, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Meet assigned performance targets and productivity goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry and Telecalling is mandatory.
- Experience in Client Handling and Customer Follow-ups is required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet usage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Experience in Customer Support, BPO, Sales, Lead Generation, or CRM handling.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in Data Entry, Telecalling, Client Handling, Customer Follow-ups, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales.
- Candidates with proven experience in customer interaction and lead management will be given preference.
Salary
- Salary will be offered based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
