Key Responsibilities.
Oversee end-to-end hygiene operations across kitchen, dining, and waste areas.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and HACCP standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and SLA delivery.
Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping & sanitation teams.
Conduct audits, inspections, and maintain compliance documentation.
Handle escalations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
Plan manpower, rostering, and optimize workforce utilization.
What We’re Looking For.
Graduate in Hospitality / Facility Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Proven experience in team leadership and client management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Success Metrics.
Client Satisfaction ≥ 90%.
