- Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to achieve timely completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for optimum productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control procedures.
- Identify and resolve technical, engineering, and site-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Review contractor work, verify measurements and bills, and monitor project costs.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, site records, and progress documentation.
- Track project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Lead site teams and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project execution and site management.
- Experience in residential expereince preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, structural works, finishing activities, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
