Position: Presales Executive
Location: Swargate, Pune
Age Preference: 25–35 Years
Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
- Handle incoming inquiries from various marketing channels.
- Generate and qualify leads for property sales.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, presales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
