MathLab is looking for a dynamic and leadership-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to build, manage, and monitor the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating team activities, improving performance, ensuring target achievement, and supporting overall business growth. The role includes team development, campaign and sales monitoring, lead management supervision, performance tracking, and coordination between marketing, sales, and business development teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop an effective sales team.
- Recruit, train, guide, and support team members for achieving organizational goals.
- Monitor daily marketing and sales activities and ensure proper workflow management.
- Supervise lead generation, client follow-ups, demo coordination, and sales conversion processes.
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with digital marketing, business development, and demo teams for smooth operations.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and progress evaluations.
- Ensure proper reporting, documentation, and CRM/lead management practices.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions for better productivity.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients, institutions, and partners when required.
- Prepare periodic performance and activity reports for management.
- Ensure discipline, accountability, and professional work culture within the team.
