About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Physics Faculty to teach classes 6–10 (Foundation / Olympiad / NTSE level) and strengthen students’ conceptual understanding through interactive teaching and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students of classes 6–10 with a focus on conceptual clarity, application, and problem-solving.
- Conduct basic Physics experiments and classroom demonstrations to make concepts engaging and practical.
- Prepare high-quality notes, worksheets, tests, and assignments.
- Take doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalised academic support.
- Monitor student progress through tests and give regular feedback.
- Mentor students for NTSE, NSEJS, Olympiads, and early JEE/NEET foundation preparation.
- Participate in academic planning, content creation, and faculty training.
- Maintain an encouraging and disciplined classroom environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or Engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech).
- Strong hold over Physics concepts (classes 6–10 + basic Olympiad level).
- Prior teaching experience in Foundation/Olympiad/JEE/NEET preferred.
- Ability to simplify concepts and keep students engaged.
- Good communication & classroom management skills.
- Comfortable performing basic experiments using common lab materials.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with smart boards and digital teaching tools.
- Creative approach to demonstrations and activity-based learning.
- Experience mentoring students for Olympiads/NTSE.
