We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to new and existing customers, generating leads, following up on inquiries & payment .
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Follow up on sales inquiries received through various sources.
* Explain company products and services to customers.
* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
* Schedule appointments and meetings for sales representatives.
* Maintain customer databases and update call records in Excel.
* Follow up with client for new orders & annual maintenance contract.
* Coordinate with the sales teams regarding customer requirements.
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
