- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, orders, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and inventory departments for raw material availability and production feasibility.
- Create and release production schedules and work orders.
- Monitor actual production against the plan and adjust schedules as needed.
- ·Ensure all departments follow the production timelines and quality standards.
- Track production output and report deviations or delays.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods.
- Act as a communication link between production, quality control, logistics, and procurement teams.
- Facilitate daily production meetings and updates with relevant departments.
- Maintain and analyze production data, and prepare performance reports.
- Use MS Office/ERP for production planning and monitoring & Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
- 3– 5years of experience in production planning/control or a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
