Position: Sales Executive – Membership Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Explain membership benefits clearly, including discounts, vouchers, freebies, priority booking, and AI-powered beauty features.
- Call leads, app users, past customers, and interested prospects to convert them into paid members.
- Conduct follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions.
- Participate in mall activations, salon events, residential societies, colleges, offices, and local marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with partner salons to promote memberships and subscriptions at salon counters.
- Help customers understand and maximize the use of their membership benefits and offers.
- Maintain lead trackers, conversion reports, payment status records, and customer feedback data.
- Handle customer objections professionally and build trust around the value of the subscription.
- Achieve weekly and monthly membership sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Membership Sales, Retail Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable selling over phone, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Target-oriented with excellent follow-up discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and payment platforms.
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Fitness, Retail, EdTech, Insurance, Credit Cards, Memberships, or Subscription Sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,526.59 - ₹42,460.52 per month
