About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, analyze problems, and work closely with clients and internal teams to turn business needs into clear and practical solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document client business requirements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings and discussions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements and documentation.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and other relevant documents.
- Work closely with development, testing, product, and project teams.
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
- Clarify requirements and resolve questions during the development process.
- Participate in product discussions, requirement reviews, and project meetings.
- Assist in creating process diagrams, workflows, and wireframes when required.
- Review developed features against business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help identify gaps or issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of requirements, changes, and project decisions.
- Track requirement changes and ensure stakeholders are aligned.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research when required.
- Continuously learn about business processes, technology, and industry practices.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and product solutions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
