Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with prospective clients, promoting company services, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, social media, references, and field activities.
- Contact potential clients and explain company services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Confidence in handling calls and client meetings.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
