Job Summary
We are looking for a CRM & Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, drive repeat orders, and contribute to sales growth through effective customer engagement and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
This role primarily involves working with existing customers and leads. There is no cold calling requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers for repeat orders and order placement.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Promote and sell memberships and subscriptions to existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and assist with order-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Conduct regular soft calls and customer follow-ups to encourage repeat purchases.
- Track customer interactions, follow-ups, orders, and sales performance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 1.5–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Inside Sales, Retail, or FMCG.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
- Experience in handling existing customers and driving repeat sales.
- Ability to confidently communicate product, membership, and subscription offerings.
- Candidates from FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, D2C, or related industries will be preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Shift & Working Days
- Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- 6-day working week, including rotational Sundays.
- Sunday work will be from the office, with a weekly off provided on another day.
- Work on designated holidays may be required based on business requirements. Eligible employees working on such holidays will receive Comp-Off, as per company policy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
