Job Summary
Toothsi is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for retail positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail roles.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closures of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail candidates.
- Conduct follow-ups for offer rollout and joining formalities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in retail hiring and bulk hiring is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Need Immediate joiners.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
