JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Success Manager to support our Client Success team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in building a career in Client Success, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
You will work closely with senior leadership, participate in client interactions, document business requirements, coordinate project activities, and help ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in client communication and follow-up activities

Attend client and internal meetings, capture notes, and track action items

Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and process documentation

Gather, organize, and document client requirements

Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables

Track project progress and follow up on pending items

Support communication between clients and technical teams

Assist with research, reporting, and administrative project activities

Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution

5+ years of experience

Exposure to project coordination, client servicing, business analysis, or internships is a plus

Basic understanding of SaaS, Agile, or software development processes is an advantage
