Job Description
We are looking for an experienced CCTV Supervisor to monitor surveillance operations and ensure the safety and security of store or warehouse premises, employees, and assets. The role includes monitoring CCTV systems, identifying suspicious activities, and supporting loss prevention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV surveillance systems across retail stores, warehouses, and operational areas.
- Identify and report suspicious activities such as theft, shoplifting, or internal policy violations.
- Investigate incidents through CCTV footage review and support loss prevention.
- Supervise and guide CCTV operators and security staff.
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV cameras and recording systems.
- Maintain CCTV logs, incident reports, and security records.
- Coordinate with store operations, security teams, and management during incidents.
- Provide CCTV footage and reports for internal investigations and audits.
Required Skills
- Experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems
- Knowledge of retail security and loss prevention
- Strong observation and analytical skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualification
- 12th/ Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- Certification in CCTV operations or security management is an advantage
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in Retail Stores, Shopping Malls, Distribution Centers, Warehouses, or Security Control Rooms will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
