We are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and executing advanced SEO strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and analytics with a proven track record of increasing website traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes for crawl issues, indexing, site speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Manage backlink strategies and monitor domain authority growth.
- Track and report SEO KPIs including rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SEO and organic growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and website architecture.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or large-scale websites.
- Understanding of AI-driven SEO and content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX best practices.
