About KabadCart
KabadCart is building a smarter, more organized, and sustainable recycling ecosystem by connecting customers with reliable collection partners. We are looking for a Field Operations Executive who can manage on-ground operations, onboard collection partners, and build strong relationships across Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new scrap collection partners across Jaipur.
* Explain KabadCart’s business model, services, and benefits to potential partners.
* Manage the complete partner onboarding process.
* Conduct field visits for partner acquisition, verification, onboarding, and support.
* Train and activate newly onboarded collection partners.
* Provide regular on-ground support to collection partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
* Monitor partner activity and ensure smooth day-to-day field operations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
* Collect market feedback and share insights regarding customer and partner requirements.
* Achieve assigned partner acquisition and operational targets.
* Maintain accurate records and regular reports of field activities.
Who Can Apply?
* 12th Pass / Graduate candidates.
* Freshers are welcome to apply.
* Prior experience in field sales, field operations, business development, or partner acquisition is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and comfortable interacting with people on the field.
* Comfortable with regular field travel across Jaipur.
* Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
* Target-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
* Two-wheeler preferred.
