As we continue to grow, we are setting up a Remote Care Coordination Hub in India to support our UK operations in rostering, scheduling, compliance, and care monitoring. We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our remote team in Bengaluru (or nearby regions).
This role offers a chance to be part of an international healthcare group, with the possibility of travel to the UK for training and on-site collaboration.

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and enhance key human resource functions across the organization. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, compliance processes, and administrative HR operations while ensuring efficient workforce planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
2. Hiring Tracker & Documentation
- Maintain and regularly update the hiring tracker
- Ensure accuracy of recruitment data and status updates
- Monitor hiring progress against targets and timelines
3. Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (digital and physical)
- Ensure proper documentation is collected and filed during onboarding and throughout employment
- Handle employee data updates, including address changes and personal details
4. Compliance & Verification
- Conduct compliance checks for all employees
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal regulations
5. Workforce Planning
- Prepare and manage staff rota/schedules based on operational requirements
- Coordinate with managers to ensure adequate staffing levels
6. Management Reporting
- Prepare periodic HR and recruitment reports for management
- Maintain HR dashboards and ensure data accuracy
7. General HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR activities and employee queries
- Assist with employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Ensure smooth HR administrative processes

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Around 3 years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹575,000.00 per year
