E-Commerce Executive
Location: Sodala, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon & Flipkart – mandatory experience.
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings/catalogues.
- Plan, run, and optimize Amazon & Flipkart Ads.
- Handle order processing and auto-processing operations.
- Manage operations through Univer System (Centralized E-Commerce Management System).
- Handle customer cases, tickets, complaints, returns, refunds & replacements.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, orders, and marketplace account health.
- Prepare basic sales, order, inventory & advertising reports.
- Experience with Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify or other marketplaces will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on E-Commerce experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart.
- Good understanding of listing, advertising, order processing & case handling.
- Knowledge of Univer System preferred.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
