Job Description Highlights
- Strong in component-level & integration testing.
- Deep understanding of Service Cloud, Profiles, Permission sets, Page layout & Record type assignments.
- Hands-on with LWC, Flows, Triggers, Apex Jobs.
- Knowledge of Data Loader, field/object security, and role hierarchy.
- Skilled in complex SOQL queries, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, Dev Tools.
- Experience in CRM Analytics (TCRM).
- Good MS Excel formula knowledge.
- Understanding of EAC, user configuration, notifications.
- Ability to interact with POs, Dev leads, and provide effort estimations.
- Familiar with Jira (mandatory) and AIO (good to have).
- Knowledge of SCRUM ceremonies.
- Strong communication and positive, flexible mindset.
