Shift Timing: US EST Hours (Night Shift - 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST)

About the Role
We are seeking energetic, motivated, and ambitious Freshers who are passionate about building a career in US IT Recruitment. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and placing top talent for our clients across the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and source candidates through various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen and shortlist candidates through phone calls and assess qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain candidate and client relationships
- Maintain internal databases and recruitment tools
- Follow up with candidates post-interview and onboarding
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work in night shift (US Time Zones)
- Quick learner, highly motivated, and goal-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies (preferred, not mandatory)
