Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hardgoods Merchandiser to join our merchandising team. The ideal candidate will manage product development, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution from sampling to shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end merchandising for hardgoods (tabletop, barware, kitchenware, etc.)
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, and production teams
- Manage product development and sampling processes
- Communicate with international clients and handle queries
- Track orders, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain quality standards and oversee inspections
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Prepare costing sheets and product documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, design, business, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in hardgoods merchandising
- Strong knowledge of materials like stainless steel, aluminum, wood etc.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of export processes and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
