About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to strengthen customer engagement and improve service quality through outbound calling. The role involves interacting with customers and business partners, resolving concerns, collecting feedback and driving higher customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to customers and business partners on a daily basis.
· Collect customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
· Encourage customers to share ratings and reviews after issue resolution.
· Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.
· Meet daily productivity and quality KPI’s, including call volume, follow-up completion and customer satisfaction.
· Share recurring customer issues and improvement opportunities with the seniors.
Eligibility
· Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
· 0–1 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Success, BPO, Inside Sales or Relationship Management.
· Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal communication in Hindi.
· Basic English communication skills.
· Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-first mindset with empathy and patience.
· Ability to handle objections professionally.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
· Comfortable making 100–120 outbound calls per day.
Compensation
· Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/Month
· Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
