Branches (Angamaly, Chalakudy and Aluva)
Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, including staff management, sales targets, and delivering superior customer service.
· Active engagement in marketing efforts focused on business development.
· Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
· Lead and motivate the branch team to meet sales targets and building customer relationships.
· Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch goals.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
· Manage branch finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
· Resolve complaints promptly, improve customer satisfaction, and foster long-term client relationships to drive retention.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
· Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
· Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
· Monitor and improve branch profitability.
· Custodian of the 1 st key of the safe.
· Ensure the security and safety of the pledged gold, cash in safe, in hand and properties of the companies.
· Take steps for the Proper compliance of audit queries.
· Attend all bank related transactions and issues.
· Monitor and ensures all statutory and Branch registers and records updated.
· Ensure sending notices to defaulters, follow up and recovery of overdue gold loans.
· Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
