The Quality Executive will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards across learning content, training deliverables, digital assets, and capability development solutions. The role will drive process excellence, content audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that all deliverables meet organizational and client quality standards.
The individual will work closely with Content team to build a robust quality assurance framework and institutionalize best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Content Quality Assurance
- Review learning content, participant handbooks, facilitator guides, presentations, and digital assets for quality and consistency.
- Conduct quality checks for language, instructional flow, formatting, branding, and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to client guidelines, style guides, and organizational standards.
- Review e-learning, videos, and multimedia assets against defined quality parameters.
Quality Governance
- Track quality metrics, defects, and corrective actions.
- Prepare quality dashboards and MIS reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain repositories of quality standards, templates, and best practices.
Capability Building
- Conduct quality orientation sessions and train teams on review standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to content and project teams.
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality compliance.
- Support client reviews, feedback incorporation, and quality sign-offs.
- Work closely with SMEs and project teams to drive quality improvements.
Desired Qualification
Bachelor's/Master's degree in:

Certification in Quality Management, Instructional Design, or Process Excellence will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in:
- Learning Content Quality Assurance

Preferred experience in:
- Education, EdTech, Consulting, Skilling, or Learning & Development organizations.
- Reviewing large-scale content development projects.
- Managing quality frameworks and audit processes.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of learning content development and instructional design principles.
- Experience in creating quality checklists, SOPs, and review frameworks.
- Strong command over English language, grammar, and business writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
