NOC Engineer – L1
Openings: 4 | Shift: 24x7x365 (rotational) | Location: On-site
Experience: Minimum 2 years in SOC/NOC operations Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent Certification: CEH / CompTIA Security+ / EC-Council CSA or equivalent (network monitoring / CCNA-level certification preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Real-time monitoring of network devices, bandwidth, and performance via centralized NMS dashboard
- Detect outages, bottlenecks, and configuration anomalies proactively
- Maintain network health logs and escalate incidents to L2
- Coordinate with SOC team for integrated alerting on threat/fault response
NOC Engineer – L2
Openings: 1 | Shift: 8x5 (business hours) | Location: On-site
Experience: Minimum 4+ years managing network/security incidents Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Certification: CISSP / CHFI / CompTIA CySA+ / CEH (Advanced) or equivalent (CCNP/network specialization preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve escalated network incidents from L1
- Perform network configuration changes, capacity planning, and trend analysis
- Coordinate outage/fault response with SOC for unified incident handling
- Support audits and compliance reporting for network health
NOC Engineer – L3
Openings: 2 | Shift: 24x7 remote support | Location: Remote
Experience: 6+ years in enterprise network operations (and/or cyber security) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Certification: CISSP / OSCP or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Lead major network incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Design and optimize network resilience and response workflows
- Mentor and guide L1 and L2 engineers
- Coordinate with NCRB leadership for strategic advisory and compliance planning
