Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Digital Banking Channels to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Internet Banking, and Customer Onboarding processes. Candidates with Banking Domain experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital banking initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to define functional requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze existing digital banking processes and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation and testing activities for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are delivered as per business expectations.
Required Skills
- Experience in Internet Banking
- Experience in Mobile Banking
- Knowledge of Corporate Internet Banking
- Understanding of Customer Onboarding Journeys
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Use Cases
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Banking Domain experience is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Digital Transformation projects in Banking.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
