Data Labeler and QC Technician
Role Summary
The Data Labeler and QC Technician is responsible for identifying, labeling, and classifying
microscopic objects using specialized imaging software. Success in this role requires strong
attention to detail, consistent work habits, and good judgment when images are unclear or
ambiguous.
Key Responsibilities
Object Identification & Labeling
Identify and label microscopic objects (e.g., particles, cells, or structures) based on defined
size and shape criteria.
Apply labels accurately and consistently across large volumes of images.
Flag borderline objects appropriately, ensuring nothing is skipped or mislabeled without a
noted reason.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Attention to detail: Able to stay focused and accurate during repetitive visual tasks over
extended work sessions.
Consistency: Maintains labeling standards across high volumes of work with minimal
errors.
Technical comfort: Able to learn and work within specialized imaging software with
guidance.
Judgment: Able to make reasonable calls when objects are unclear, partially visible, or near
size thresholds — knowing when to label, flag, or escalate.
Communication: Able to log issues, flags, and escalations clearly and concisely.
Ideal Experience
Prior experience in visual inspection, quality control, or similar roles involving systematic
evaluation of objects or images.
Experience in roles where work outputs feed into a review or analytical process.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
