Position Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for increasing patient footfall, generating therapy and hearing aid inquiries, building referral networks, promoting clinic services, and supporting revenue growth across all clinic departments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Handle patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and admissions.
- Follow up with missed appointments, therapy patients, and hearing aid prospects.
- Support hearing aid trials, counselling, and sales conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Marketing
- Build referral networks with ENT specialists, pediatricians, neurologists, schools, NGOs, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct doctor visits, awareness programs, screening camps, and community outreach activities.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Promote clinic services and strengthen the Audicare clinic's brand in the local market.
Reporting
- Submit daily and monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, referrals, marketing activities, and revenue generated.
- Track performance against assigned targets and suggest growth opportunities.

Reporting To
Clinic Manager / Director
Expected Outcome: Consistent growth in patient acquisition, retention, clinic revenue, and brand visibility.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
