Key Responsibilities
· Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with industries, corporates, PSUs, Government bodies, hospitals, educational institutions, and external organizations.
· Drive consultancy, corporate training, capability development, and institutional outreach initiatives.
· Explore CSR opportunities, Government projects, RFPs, tenders, and implementation partnerships.
· Support internships, placements, industry networking, and corporate engagement activities.
· Facilitate industry collaborations for B.Voc, skill development, and workforce capability initiatives.
· Support incubation, startup ecosystem development, innovation networking, and project collaborations.
· Generate and nurture institutional leads, partnerships, and long-term engagement opportunities.
· Represent the organization in external meetings, industry forums, networking platforms, and strategic engagements.
· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of projects and collaborations. Share market intelligence, partnership opportunities, and sector insights with management.
· Operate independently within the assigned jurisdiction and manage field-level institutional engagement activities.
Desired Profile
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, consultancy, training, CSR, institutional outreach, placements, or external engagement.
· Strong professional network and proven track record in relationship building, client acquisition, and institutional collaborations.
· Passion for knowledge-driven solutions, capability development, and long-term ecosystem building. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to engage confidently with senior industry leaders, corporates, PSUs, Government officials, and institutional stakeholders.
· Strong networking acumen with the ability to identify and convert strategic opportunities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently handling multi-vertical engagement responsibilities.
· Candidates should be comfortable working remotely within the assigned jurisdiction with regular field engagement and travel.
· Must possess own vehicle, preferably a four-wheeler, for extensive professional travel and field operations.
