About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and professional Male/Female Therapist to join our team at Derma Arts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetology-related treatments and be confident in handling clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various skin, body, and aesthetic treatments as per clinic protocols.
- Assist doctors and senior therapists during procedures when required.
- Conduct pre- and post-treatment care for clients.
- Explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions clearly to clients.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and safety.
- Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Handle clients with professionalism, patience, and a service-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client information.
- Follow clinic SOPs and treatment protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other departments for smooth client management.
- Recommend appropriate treatments or packages to clients as guided by the doctor/clinic protocol.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Therapist, preferably in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, skin, or wellness clinic.
- Good knowledge of facial, skin, body, and aesthetic treatments.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Strong attention to hygiene and detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with advanced aesthetic/skin treatments.
- Knowledge of pre- and post-procedure care.
- Good customer service and client retention skills.
- Willingness to learn new treatments and procedures.
