- Explain treatment estimates, surgery packages, and billing procedures to patients and their attendants.
- Counsel patients regarding cataract, retina, LASIK, glaucoma, cornea, pediatric ophthalmology, oculoplasty, and other eye treatment packages.
- Clarify inclusions, exclusions, consumables, implants (IOLs), medications, and follow-up charges.
- Assist patients in selecting suitable treatment packages based on medical advice and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with consultants, optometrists, counselors, billing, and OT departments for cost-related information.
- Maintain records of estimates, package acceptance, consent forms, and counseling notes.
- Work closely with Consultants, Optometrists, Front Office, Billing, Insurance, OT, and Patient Care teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
