Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administration and facility operations across office premises.
- Handle multiple facility management activities including housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, and office upkeep.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, hotels, and service providers for corporate requirements and employee support services.
- Oversee canteen operations including food quality, hygiene standards, vendor coordination, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and workplace administration initiatives.
- Monitor administrative budgets, invoices, AMCs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company administration policies.
Requirements:
- Experience in administration and facility management roles.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Experience handling hotel/agencies tie-ups and employee services.
- Good knowledge of canteen and office facility operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
