Magic Food Zone is seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Operations to lead and manage multi-unit restaurant and food court operations across our hospitality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple restaurant and food court locations
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Monitor food cost, labour cost, wastage, and operational KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop outlet management teams
- Conduct regular audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
- Enhance customer experience and service standards across all outlets
- Manage manpower planning, training, and productivity
- Review MIS reports and implement corrective actions
- Support new outlet launches and business expansion initiatives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, food court, or hospitality operations
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets
- Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, cost control, and team management
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across locations
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
