He would be responsible for developing strategies to generate revenue by attracting and retaining corporate clients, leading sales efforts, and managing relationships with business travelers and event organizers. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts and preparing sales reports, to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills, along with knowledge of hospitality and market trends, are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and develop new corporate clients, build strong relationships with key accounts, and foster loyalty for repeat business.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations with corporate clients and travel partners, ensuring terms meet the hotel's financial needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track and analyze sales performance data, prepare detailed sales reports, and provide forecasts to management.
- Sales Activities: Conduct corporate visits, deliver presentations, and represent the hotel at trade shows and industry networking events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
