Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for content planning, execution, engagement, and performance tracking across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Schedule posts and manage daily activity using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages promptly
- Analyze performance using insights & analytics tools
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creative campaigns
- Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for performance
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of proven SMM experience
- Strong knowledge of platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic understanding of paid advertising
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics is a plus
