Develop and implement schedules for regular servicing (oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks) to avoid breakdowns.
Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards before dispatch.
Coordinate and supervise mechanical repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues to reduce downtime.
Ensure all vehicles adhere to transport laws, emissions standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain detailed logs of maintenance history, repairs, and inspections for audits and performance tracking.
Work with suppliers for spare parts, external workshops, and specialized services.
Manage maintenance budgets, optimize costs, and balance repair vs. replacement decisions.
Lead mechanics and technicians, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies.
