- Supervise daily waste collection, segregation, and disposal operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Operate and monitor the Biogas Plant and Organic Waste Converter (OWC) for efficient performance.
- Manage manpower, including staff allocation, basic training, and performance monitoring.
- Handle gate passes and ensure compliance with required regulations and safety norms.
- Coordinate with recyclers and vendors for timely waste disposal.
- Maintain records and reports to support smooth and transparent operations.
- Coordinate with the client and Head Office for regular updates and issue resolution.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
