What You Will Do:
- Requirement Gathering: Interact with clients to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Business Solutioning: Transform client requirements into effective business and technical solutions.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- User Story Management: Create and manage product backlogs, write clear user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Client Consulting: Offer consultative guidance to clients, providing innovative, value-driven solutions.
- SDLC Involvement: Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle from inception to delivery.
- Product Understanding: Contribute to deep domain understanding and build strong knowledge of the product functionality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Proposal Support: Assist in estimations, pre-sales proposals, and requirement analysis.
- Solution Design: Support UX and engineering teams by offering design insights based on user personas and use cases.

- Experience: 2 to 4 years as a Business Analyst/Product Owner in Agile environments.
- Client Interaction: Proven ability to interface directly with clients to understand needs and propose solutions.
- Documentation Skills: Strong capabilities in writing clear, structured documents including user stories, workflows, and specifications.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical thinking and problem-resolution skills.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Fluency: Familiarity with web-mobile development concepts, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
