Role Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management support, grievance handling, policy implementation, and administrative coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a positive employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure document compliance.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Support monthly and quarterly performance review processes.
- Maintain performance records and tracking sheets.
- Coordinate feedback discussions and appraisal documentation.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Support conflict resolution and employee well-being initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee information updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Support day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist HR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership.
Preferred
- Experience working in a startup, fashion, D2C, or e-commerce company.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management processes.
