Job Description: Social Media & Content Manager – ZOYA
We are looking for a culturally attuned, creatively driven Social Media &
Content Manager to own and elevate Zoya’s digital footprint and creative
asset production.
This is a high-impact role demanding a rare blend of luxury brand
sensibility, editorial taste, and data-informed thinking. Beyond managing Zoya's
social media channels, you will be the primary anchor for the brand’s visual
storytelling—overseeing the end-to-end content creation pipeline. From defining
the creative direction of Content Development Projects to leading on-set shoots and delivering final polished assets for our social, website, and product catalogs, you will serve as the premier visual and tonal guardian for the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & PRESENCE MANAGEMENT
- Own and manage Zoya's social media presence end-to-end across Instagram,
Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging luxury-forward platforms.
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with overall
brand campaigns, seasonal collection launches, boutique openings, and
cultural moments.
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity and tonal consistency across every touchpoint — ensuring each post reflects Zoya's luxury positioning.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, feature rollouts, and format innovations to keep the brand's approach fresh yet on-brand.
2. CREATIVE CONTENT PRODUCTION & SHOOT MANAGEMENT
- Anchor and define the strategic direction for all content creation
requirements
- Proactively identify, onboard, and manage a network of external
creative talent, including photographers, videographers, creative directors,
stylists, prop designers, and models.
- Lead and oversee pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production for
all brand shoots to ensure the timely delivery of high-end content pieces tailored for distinct touchpoints, including thematic content, Product Content, Digital & Web Content
3. CONTENT CALENDAR & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Build, manage, and maintain a highly detailed monthly and quarterly content
calendar in close collaboration with internal creative, PR, retail, and
merchandising teams.
- Work closely with the designated Social Media Agency to oversee the daily
production and publishing of high-quality social content—including static posts,
high-production Reels/short-form video, carousels, stories, and long-form
video features.
4. PERFORMANCE TRACKING & ANALYTICS
- Define, monitor, and report on key social media performance indicators—including
organic reach, engagement rates, follower growth, share of voice etc.
- Present polished monthly and campaign-level performance reports to senior
leadership, turning metrics into actionable creative and strategic recommendations.
5. TREND INTELLIGENCE & INNOVATION
- Maintain a sharp pulse on global and domestic social media trends, emerging
platforms, cultural movements, art, design, and luxury industry shifts.
- Constantly pitch fresh, boundary-pushing content concepts, interactive formats,
and experimental platform tactics to keep Zoya at the absolute forefront of
luxury digital storytelling.
Work Experience
- 3–5 years of dedicated experience in social media management and/or creative content
Production
- A deep, intuitive, and uncompromising understanding of luxury brand aesthetics
- Experience directing shoots, briefing creative teams, managing
production budgets, and collaborating directly with photographers and stylists.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform dynamics, native content
formats, and high-net-worth (HNW) audience behaviors across Instagram, YouTube,
Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills—comfortably juggling
multiple shoots, agency partners, post-production timelines, and stakeholders
simultaneously.
